a small adventure in vijayawada

Welcome to sudhakar's blogging !!!! hope u can have fun and if possible enjoy the blog ...... i am not good in english but want to try blogging ....
i will start with a small blog ... this is in the month of october when we went to vijayawada .....

It was diwali break ... i went to vijayawada and guntur with my friends sarat shravan chandu and jaya. Sarat's family stays in vijayawada and jaya's in guntur.

On the first day of our visit we planned to visit kondapalli --- a place famous for kondapalli fort and toys(kondapalli bommalu) .... the normal time for visiting the place is mor.9 to evening.5 ... but we went to kondapalli arnd 4 30. The fort from that place is 20-30 mins journey and it is a hilly area with no lights and sharp curves at some places. We booked a auto and started the journey. All 5 of us are enjoying the ride and as it was late, we asked the driver about his auto's head lights and he said they are fine .... so we expected a gud ride in the night as head lights are working ... but our head lights didnt work at that time to check whether auto's headlights are really working or not (we should have tried once) .... but its the mood we are in made us to carry away like that not thinking abt these things .... but to feel a adventure there should be something u miss as a precaution and to take as a caution later in life ........

So the onward journey was good with proper light and was fun when we saw lot of vehicles coming in opposite direction from the fort thinking now we will be alone and can have a gud view of fort .... when we went to fort it was closed ... we made them to open it for us and to our surprise there is nothing there to see ... it was ruined 90% ... we just saw the fort and kept guessing abt its importance and the auto driver made his own story abt the fort ... which was fun ... and we are there till 6 and as it became dark we thought of making a move back to kondapalli village.

So the fun started here ..... we came to auto and started the journey and to our surprise the head lights are not working but now our head lights were working .... we panicked for a minute or 2 then thought to enjoy the ride ...... as it was a normal auto jaya sarat and chandu sat behind ... myself and shravan were sitting front with driver sahab ....... the driver thought we will scold him but we did not say anything to him as not to pressurise him .... so i started guiding him seeing out to take left ot right and shravan is using his phone to give a glimpse of light so that we can get view of something ...... there are lot of trees on both sides .......

We were going very slow at arnd 20kmph as the road is not clear and i am guiding him by seeing outside and the driver really did a very good job in following our directions .... there are 2 or 3 instances where everyone of us will definitely think of god ... because finally he is the one who has to drive us out ..... the first few minutes was good as the road is very normal ... and there was no moon that day ... thats perfect timing for a ride chosen by us ... not to have any light ... hahahaa ....

As we passed on the road it was becoming tough in middle as there are sharp curves and we are saying the driver to go slowly when ever he is crossing 20kmph mark ... we couldnt see any vehicle nearby whom we can ask to guide us .... but we thought man is a creator of his own destiny ..... and we have to create our destiny at that time by guiding ourselves ...... and we did the same. .... guided the driver at eeach instance ..... i culd remember that i didnt keep my mouth shut for atleast a sec in that 30-40 mins journey ...... i was just guiding him and the place where i sat is good for guiding as i can see everything on the road with driver ...... as he will be busy in driving i told him to just follow my signals ... and in the middle 2-3 sharp curves was really good ....... and we went very slow and we had overcome them ... the driving was at its best and he kept himself cool .... which was important at that time .....

And finally after some 40 mins ride we came to main road .. from then its like bread n butter for the driver and he took us to village and showed us the toy shops ... there we bought some toys as the place is famous for it ... thry are good and we could see the methodology used by them in making toys ....... then we had some chat thr and started back to vijayawada .... taking back those wonderful 40 mins ......

All's well that ends well ...... this can hold in our situation ...

so from next time please take care of head lights whether they are working or not before u start for a night ride ...... its better to take necessary precautions ....

And we reached home arnd 9 30 ...

adventure is not that u plan to happen ... it just happens in the process and gives a feel of it ...
